| 00-04-19 | Met with Owner and Surveyor on-site to agree upon the western border. It was decided the additional acreage would be sold as a separate parcel of land. Parcel A was to be the first 26 acres on the east, and Parcel B the remainder on the west. |
| 00-05-05 | Received results from the survey. The western border of Parcel A is 150 feet further east than expected. This increases the expected size from 5.5 acres to 9 acres for Parcel B. |
| 00-05-07 | Hiked property with GPS and altimeter verifying property corners and dimensions. Met with Realtor to approve the modified property lines and acreage. |
