point of beginning and the southerly right of way line of a Railroad;

right of way line a distance of 350.00 feet to a point of tangential curve
to the left, radius of 96.07 feet; thence along said curve, central angle
of 83 degrees a distance of 139.16 feet to the point of tangency; thence
south 23 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds east along tangent and the
centerline of a Township Road a distance of 196.0 feet; thence south 09

Also part of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of Section 11, Township 112 North, Range 17 West, described as follows: Beginning on the north line at the intersection of the southerly right of way of Township Road; thence westerly along north line to the intersection of the south line of Cannon River; thence southwesterly along southerly side of River 300 feet; thence east parallel to north line of NE¼ to the southerly right of way of Township Road; thence northeasterly on the southerly right of way of Township Road to beginning. |

ALSO EXCEPT, all that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 112 North, Range 17 West, lying south and east of the Township Road. |
