Hourly Help Desk

  • Advance payment lowers hourly rate.
  • Outside business hours billed at 1.5x rate.
  • All projects are billed monthly.
  • Work is billed in 5-minute increments.
  • Special billable expenses include but are not limited to consultations, demonstrations, and other events requiring Holoweb presence after the initial contact meeting(s).
  • Travel one direction from the Mall of America is billed as part of the job.
  • Parking and telephone charges are not billed.

There is no warranty for Time and Materials projects. We spend time testing in the interest of economy, which usually works in favor of the customer. When work remains uncompleted, further work is simply a continuation of the original project. Holoweb makes no warranty, expressed or implied, and makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose except as provided for in a corresponding signed contract or service agreement. This includes hardware components not installed by Holoweb.
