Location:
10 miles from Morehead, KY on Highway 1274 in an area called Bangor within the Daniel Boone National Forest.
Legal Description:
Beginning at a set stake (U.S. Corps of Engineers marker) in the right-of-way of Kentucky Highway Number 1274; thence, approximately 100 feet North 35 degrees 26' 40" East to a set stake; thence, South 66 degrees 02' 30" East, a distance of 936.39 feet; thence, South 15 degrees 30' 50" West, a distance of 610.28 feet; thence, South 35 degrees 43' 20" East, a distance of 469.63 feet, said corner intersecting U.S. Forest Service line, also center of branch running down barn hollow; thence, following the bearings and distances of the U.S. Forest Service line to the right-of-way of Kentucky Highway Number 1274; thence, with right-of-way of Kentucky Highway Number 1274 to the BEGINNING, approximately twenty (20) acres, more or less.
